★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen un muy buen trabajo, recomendable, pero son algo tardados (no se si se deba a ellos o no) pero en cuanto tienen las piezas, trabajan rapido, les falta dar respuestas mas concretas, y piden muchos datos.. demaciados diria yo, eso si no me gusto para nada
 They do a very good job, recommended, but they are a bit slow (I don't know if it is due to them or not) but as soon as they have the pieces, they work quickly, they need to give more concrete answers, and they ask for a lot of data ... too much I would say, that if I did not like it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos trabajos de hojalateria y pintura, no saben igualar colores, no pintan las piezas que el seguro les dijo que pintaran, no saben armar los carros. Me cotizaron la pintura de una pieza, aprovechando que se iba a pintar por la reparación de un accidente y quieren un precio exorbitante. NUNCA lleves ahí tus autos.
Terrible tin and paint jobs, they don't know how to match colors, they don't paint the pieces that the insurance company told them to paint, they don't know how to put the cars together. They quoted me the painting of a piece, taking advantage of the fact that it was going to be painted to repair an accident and they want an exorbitant price. NEVER take your cars there.

Apenas entrará mi auto después de un mes de espera por una sola pieza a ver como lo dejan
They don't have good service, the parts take a long time to arrive and if you don't communicate with them, they don't even bother you, very bad customer service
My car will hardly enter after a month of waiting for a single piece to see how they leave it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me igualaron la pintura, mi carro es blanco orquídea, y me lo dejaron blanco blanco, me dijeron que por que no agarra la pintura bien en el plástico... en serio espero puedan ver todos los malos comentarios que existen, ojalá le ayude a más de uno... HDI no debería trabajar con ellos en serio. Yo por que no soy de aquí y no sabia a dónde llevarlo, pero si pueden llévenlo a otro lado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio muy tardado y de pésima calidad y al reclamar el trabajo ya que tardaron mucho y fue malo solo me dijeron q lo dejara mas tiempo o me descontaban $500 preferí sacar mi auto y llevarlo con un profesional ya que no igualaron el color y el acabado deja mucho que desear
Terrible service very late and of terrible quality and when claiming the work since it took a long time and it was bad they only told me to leave it longer or they would deduct $500 I preferred to take my car out and take it to a professional since they did not match the color and finish it leaves much to be desired

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I apologize for my English. I had lots of problems with this company. I live about an hour away in San Miguel de Allende so it was difficult to make arrangements for the service. The first appointment the parts were not there as promised. The second appointment I left the car and then was notified the repair was complete. It was not finished as the electrical operation of the rear hatch did not work. Third time left the car and they completed the repair but the spare tire was not there. The company denies the tire was not taken. The quality of the work was ok but the service, theft and dishonesty of the owner leaves me with a very bad experience. I would not recommend the shop to others.
