★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen la publicidad que grúas cuentan con servicio las 24hrs, pero al llamar me dijeron que "Por el Momento no tenían grúas disponibles, que me esperara hasta después del medio día". No crítico, pero quizás esa es la hora en que mejor les acomoda el empezar a trabajar.
Advertising say that cranes have 24 hour service, but the call was told "We do not have cranes available, to wait for me until after noon." Not critical, but perhaps that is the time when it is best for them to start working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realice una llamada, me contestó una señorita, le pregunté por sus tarifas y contesto que no tenía gruas disponibles.. bueno ?, le comenté que solo quería saber de sus tarifas y le dije en dónde estaba (Prácticamente a 10 min de ellos) y dijo que no cubría esa área y yo así de ??♂️ en fin, me dejó con la palabra en la boca por qué me corto la llamada. Pésimo servicio en atención al cliente.

Poco profesionales, antes de las 7:00am te manejan distintos costos y la amabilidad bastante buena. Quieres reservar, no es posible, no programan agenda, como se dice coloquialmente "como van llegando, lo van sacando" bajo el argumento que trabajan para aseguradoras y no tienen unidades disponibles.
Si tienes la "suerte" de tener un servicio de este negocio ten en cuenta que puede cambiar el panorama de un momento a otro sin previo aviso por qué tampoco te avisarán, si tú quieres el servicio, tú tienes que insistir, lamentable que algunas empresas funcionen así, afortunadamente existen muchas otras opciones que sí son buenas empresas, está no, de verdad no pierdas tú tiempo por qué para ellos eso no es importante.
