★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trato clasista y déspota. Aplican el "como te veo te trato", desde el gerente hasta las personas del taller. De 6 empleados, solo dos fueron amables y con actitud de servicio (Alan y un vendedor), los demás nefastos. Compré mi bici ahí un día después de preguntar, me atendió otro vendedor y cero atento, ni siquiera se esforzó en cerrar la venta ni en informarme nada, ¡como si me hiciera un favor en venderme!. La llevé 4 meses después para una ajuste bien básico: super groseros, indicaron se tardarían 1 hora, y al final se tardaron 4 horas además de que le quitaron piezas. Super recomendable si quieres presenciar y vivir el clasismo mexicano.
Class treatment and despot. They apply the "as I see you I treat you", from the manager to the people in the workshop. Out of 6 employees, only two were friendly and helpful (Alan and a salesman), the rest were disastrous. I bought my bike there one day after asking, another salesman assisted me and he was not attentive, he didn't even make an effort to close the sale or inform me of anything, as if he was doing me a favor by selling me! I took it in 4 months later for a very basic adjustment: super rude, they said it would take 1 hour, and in the end it took 4 hours plus parts were removed. Super recommended if you want to witness and experience Mexican classism.

Gran atención de todos. Es muy amplia y tienen bicicletas, llantas, refacciones y accesorios como ropa. Me voy muy satisfecha con mi visita y con el trato que me dieron.
Excellent service. I went to change a tire tube and they had it ready in 5 minutes. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to serving you and supporting you with all your needs. Great attention from all. It is very spacious and they have bicycles, tires, spare parts and accessories such as clothing. I am very satisfied with my visit and with the treatment they gave me.
