★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar muy chido pero en lugar de sugerirte reparar te venden una pieza carísima y te la ponen mal. Me dijeron que no había cómo reparar mis frenos, me pusieron una llanta chueca y me dijeron que “era por el rin”. La llevé a bici soluciones en la roma y me arreglaron TODO lo que decían que era imposible arreglar. No saben ni la mitad de lo que dicen.
The place is very cool but instead of suggesting you repair they sell you a very expensive piece and they put it badly on you. They told me there was no way to repair my brakes, they put a crooked tire on me and told me "it was because of the rim." I took her to bike solutions in Rome and they fixed EVERYTHING that they said was impossible to fix. They don't know the half of what they say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vendedores muy atentos y te saben explicar bien que necesitas en base a tus gustos. También manejan muchos accesorios como cascos, guantes, chamarras, termos y por supuesto accesorios y refacciones para bici. Tienen bicicletas para niños.
The sellers are very attentive and know how to explain well what you need based on your tastes. They also handle many accessories such as helmets, gloves, jackets, thermos and of course accessories and bike parts. They have bicycles for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bueno el servicio, me instruyeron muy bien en lo que necesitaba mi bicleta. Lo único malo es que compre un candado Abus en diciembre de 2020, de las dos llaves una venía mal, desde entonces se quedaron con la llave porque solicitaron con Abus la reposición; al día de hoy enero 2022 no me han repuesto la llave, me comentan que siguen esperando respuesta de Abus :( espero me puedan dar pronto la llave.
The service is good, they instructed me very well in what my bike needed. The only bad thing is that I bought an Abus padlock in December 2020, one of the two keys was wrong, since then they kept the key because they requested replacement with Abus; As of today, January 2022, the key has not been replaced, they tell me that they are still waiting for an answer from Abus :( I hope they can give me the key soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda tiene una muy buena presentación pero la atención a cliente podría mejorar. Gritar a las personas del taller frente a potenciales compradores, da una mala impresión. El vendedor un poco pusliánime y soberbio al solicitar información técnica de los productos. Quizas buscan otro perfil de cliente.
The store has a very good presentation but customer service could improve. Yelling at shop people in front of potential buyers makes a bad impression. The seller a little pushy and arrogant when requesting technical information about the products. Perhaps they are looking for another customer profile.
