They don't deserve a single star. The worst experience I've ever had. My insurance, HDI, I take my car there. A process that could have lasted 3 months lasted 7 thanks to their mistakes and lack of professionalism. The straightening was fine. Terrible painting and mechanical composure. You could clearly see that it was not the same color and still had scratches. Since I live 3 hours away and I was already 7 months old, I preferred to take it that way. And if that wasn't enough, they took the spare tire and didn't return it. On the day of delivery they had 2 days in advance to clean it, take out the parts they replaced and put together where the spare part goes and they didn't even do that. The only redeemable thing is the service of Mrs. Karla. Although it can improve, it is the only one that tries to help you among its possibilities. Don't waste your time or money on them. If your insurance takes you there, ask them to change it even if they say it will delay the process. In the long run they will appreciate it.
