★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo servicio tardan mucho en entregar el auto más dos meses, si alguien está asegurado en @GNP y le ofrecen este taller para reparación, piénsenlo dos veces antes de llevarlo a este lugar ya que no cumple con buen servicio, tiempo de entrega y trato al cliente.

Si no hubiera sido por que comence a meter presión la aseguradora para que me dieran una fecha de entrega, no se hasta cuando me la hubieran entregado.
No recomiendo el lugar y si la aseguradora los manda, marquen hasta que les den solución, por que si no no trabajan!

Mi auto lo dejaron todo sucio y con rayones que no estaban. Según ellos, así estaba cuando lo dejé, pero no es así, les pedimos que mostraran las fotos y efectivamente no estaban esos rayones. Tampoco lo marcaron en la hoja de inventario. El señor que me recibió el auto fue muy minucioso para marcar los golpes y nunca marcó el rayonsote que le dejaron arriba del auto.
El personal en general es amable, pero quien es grosero es el encargado, muy déspota.
No puedo creer que @GNP ya no mande los autos a las agencias y mande a talleres de muy mala calidad.
El golpe fue en la parte trasera del auto y en verdad lo dejan todo sucio.

Pésimo servicio
The service is very bad.
They left my car all dirty and with scratches that weren't there. According to them, that's how it was when I left it, but that's not the case, we asked them to show the photos and indeed those scratches weren't there. They didn't mark it on the inventory sheet either. The man who received the car was very thorough to mark the blows and never marked the scratch that was left on top of the car.
The staff in general is friendly, but the person in charge is rude, very despotic.
I can't believe that @GNP no longer sends cars to agencies and sends them to very poor quality workshops.
The blow was in the back of the car and they really leave everything dirty.
