★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been unable to connect to a WiFi portal in a hotel that I am staying at in Playa del Carmen after entering my room number and last name. This company is the one responsible for it. Additionally, the login screen is not optimized properly for mobile display. Not really pleased with Craven Technologies at this point because their system is prohibiting me from enjoying my vacation and probably several other people because of the solution they have implemented.
