Mala calidad de los alimentos (ni el pan ni el pollo son frescos como presumen, el agua de jamaica la reciclan y tiene un sabor muy desagradable). Su publicidad es engañosa (muestran fotos de chapatas con mucha carne cuando en realidad contienen una cantidad ridícula). La cereza del pastel: encontrar un pelo en la comida.
Expensive in relation to portion sizes (a ciabatta costs twice as much as a subw and brings the same or less chicken). Poor quality of food (neither bread nor chicken are fresh as they presume, Jamaican water is recycled and has a very unpleasant taste). Their advertising is misleading (they show photos of meaty ciabatta when they actually contain a ridiculous amount). The cherry on the cake: find a hair in the food.
