Hace más de un mes coticé un demoset, en el lapso de una semana se entregó el diseño para que se comenzara a trabajar, pero se necesitaba que Creare Decorazione nos enviara la factura. Duré tres semanas teniendo que corretear a la señorita que me dio "atención" para que nos pudieran enviar la factura y justo el día que por fin me mandan la factura me avisan que el modelo que solicité, hace un mes, no estaba disponible.
Terrible service. Super informal, unprofessional and very ill-fitting. More than a month ago I quoted a demoset, within a week the design was delivered so that work could begin, but Creare Decorazione needed to send us the invoice. I spent three weeks having to run to the lady who gave me "attention" so that they could send us the invoice and just the day they finally send me the invoice they tell me that the model that I requested, a month ago, was not available.
