★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper bien. Se ponchó la llanta de mi bicicleta y este lugar me quedaba por la zona. Además de tienda tienen taller. Todo muy bien y súper rápido. Muy recomendable.
 Super good. The tire of my bicycle went flat and this place was for me in the area. In addition to a shop they have a workshop. All very well and super fast. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para comprar una Orbea, al menos, en mi caso, siendo más específico; los fines de semana atienden dos personas muy amables y cordiales, con entusiasmo te dan información y no se dan el lujo de ser pretensiosos, a mi parecer fue en ese lugar donde invertí en mi diversión. Bicis de todas las gamas de Orbea, accesorios bastos y la amabilidad del personal. Al menos, yo siempre iría a la tienda los fines de semana ❤
Excellent place to buy an Orbea, at least, in my case, being more specific; On weekends, two very kind and cordial people attend, they enthusiastically give you information and do not have the luxury of being pretentious, in my opinion it was in that place where I invested in my fun. Bikes of all Orbea ranges, rough accessories and the kindness of the staff. At least I would always go to the store on weekends ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima calidad en el servicio al cliente, el personal hace su trabajo sin ganas y su actitud es realmente deplorable. Están poco capacitados en el tema ciclístico ya que no proporcionan información correcta ni siquiera a cerca de los productos que venden.
Definitivamente es un sitio nada recomendable.
Terrible quality in customer service, the staff does their job without enthusiasm and their attitude is really deplorable. They are poorly trained in cycling as they do not provide correct information, not even about the products they sell.
It is definitely a place not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia, se puede decir que fui objeto de discriminación, la señorita que me toco en atención de mal humor y pésimo trato al cliente. Respuestas de mala gana, y sin mas haciendo uso de me imagino un super estatus económico "POR ESO ES EL PRECIO DE LAS BICICLETAS" contesto de esa manera, cuando realmente solo estaba pidiendo mas información sobre la bicicleta que compraría, ya que a la vista me encanto, "sin duda la hubiera comprado". Sin embargo el trato me inclino a no comprar nada y no regresar a ese establecimiento. Chicos, no todos los que vamos a la condesa somos güeros o con ascendencia europea, no traten mal a sus posibles clientes. En México la mayoría de la población somos morenos. Los que atienden al publico en la tienda mírense en el espejo "no son rubios". Ya comprare mi bicicleta en otro lugar donde haya una bici que me guste y me den un trato normal como cliente.

Those who serve the public in the store look in the mirror "they are not blond". I will buy my bicycle in another place where there is a bike that I like and they give me a normal treatment as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiempo largo para agendar mantenimiento y poca flexibilidad para agendar, se tiene que pagar de adelantado para que el servicio salga en 5-7 dias, si hay agenda. Pedí reservar y pagar en seguida pq no traí mi cartera conmigo pues venia del gym, no lo pudieron hacer. El dia siguiente que regresé para dejar pago ya no tenian la misma fecha para hacer el servicio. Compre la bici en esa misma tienda pero faltaron en dar continuidad en la experiencia del cliente
Long time to schedule maintenance and little flexibility to schedule, you have to pay in advance for the service to come out in 5-7 days, if there is a schedule. I asked to reserve and pay immediately because I didn't bring my wallet with me because I came from the gym, they couldn't do it. The next day I returned to leave payment they no longer had the same date to do the service. I bought the bike in that same store but they failed to provide continuity in the customer experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bike bell here and the quality was really bad. I came back to the shop asking to exchange it for a better more expensive one paying the difference. While the guy who services the bikes agreed that the original bell was substandard, the lady in charge said that it could not be changed because it had been used and had been taken outside of it original packaging, which was just a small stapled zip-lock back btw. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have just about everything one needs. It might lack a bit if you're more on the pro / higher performance side. But if you're a regular sport or a commuter... you'll find it as _very good_.
People are very nice. The mechanic is quite good and resourceful. Prices are okay. I've been coming here for a while and it getting better all the time.
Bottom line: you can feel that love for bikes!
