Falta mucha disciplina la cita era 10 am y me pasaron 10:30am, durante estos 30 minutos no dejaron que mi hija usará los juegos ni por cortesía que porque si no no reciben bien la actividad sensorial, los baños sucios, actitud de servicio 0.
Y para mi sorpresa al pasar a la terapia... Ninguna retro al respecto, pocos juguetes solo una alberca de pelota lugar super descuidado
CONDESA GROWS terrible service
A lot of discipline is lacking, the appointment was 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. passed me, during these 30 minutes they did not let my daughter use the games, not even out of courtesy, because if they do not receive well the sensory activity, dirty bathrooms, service attitude 0.
And to my surprise when I went to therapy ... No retro about it, few toys just a ball pool super neglected place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He ido con Nayelly muy buena terapeuta, pero es muy difícil agendar o cancelar pueden pasar horas y no responden los mensajes, ni al teléfono.
I have gone with Nayelly, a very good therapist, but it is very difficult to schedule or cancel, hours can go by and they do not answer the messages, or the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni siquiera pude agendar cita, llevo tres días intentando agendarla por WhatsApp y nada más me dejan en visto. Una pena porque tenía expectativas altas de este lugar.
I couldn't even schedule an appointment, I've been trying to schedule it through WhatsApp for three days and they just leave me on seen. Too bad because I had high expectations for this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi sobrino tuvo una evaluación con Maria Cortina sobre lenguaje y mi cuñada termino llorando de lo grosera que fue esta terapeuta, su hijo tiene problemas de lenguaje y en vez de diagnosticar, apoyar y orientar se dedicó a regañar, juzgar y culparla por 40 min. Le escribí a Judith por Instagram con mi queja esperando mínimo que estuviera enterada y lo único que recibí fue que me bloqueo… con razón sus terapeutas son así de groseras.

my nephew had an evaluation with Maria Cortina about language and my sister-in-law ended up crying because of how rude this therapist was, her son has language problems and instead of diagnosing, supporting and guiding, she dedicated herself to scolding, judging and blaming her for 40 min. I wrote to Judith on Instagram with my complaint hoping at least that she was aware and the only thing I received was that she blocked me… no wonder her therapists are that rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recepcionista es muy grosera, siempre te pasan a terapia tarde (de 10 a 20 minutos). Una ves nos cancelaron cita el mismo día y reagendaron cuando quisieron, si uno les cancela el mismo día no te regresan el costo de la consulta pero si pasa al revés no nos dieron compensación alguna.
The receptionist is very rude, they always come to therapy late (10 to 20 minutes). Once they canceled an appointment for us the same day and rescheduled when they wanted, if one cancels the same day they don't return the cost of the consultation but if it happens the other way around they didn't give us any compensation.
