★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una camioneta y omitieron decirme que el aparato localizador GPS lo utilizan para inmovilizarte el vehículo en caso de atrasar un pago, puede suceder algún imprevisto y lo peor, al ponerte al corriente tardan muchos días para activar el vehículo nuevamente...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy decepcionada de CrediNissan, liquide mi crédito anticipadamente y nunca me comunicaron que darían de baja mi seguro, mi póliza estaba por el plazo total financiado y el día en que tuve un siniestro el seguro me informó que lo habían dado de baja, cuando me comunico con ellos me hablaron super mal y me dijeron que estaba en el contrato, en una clausula que cuando la leí no dice claramente lo que ellos mencionan. Pésimo.
I am very disappointed in CrediNissan, I settled my credit early and they never told me that they would cancel my insurance, my policy was financed for the full term and the day I had an accident the insurance informed me that they had canceled it, when I I communicated with them, they spoke to me very badly and told me that it was in the contract, in a clause that when I read it, it does not clearly say what they mention. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy inconforme con esta financiera. Me levantaron Intereses cuando no debía de ser así. Mil llamadas al día para exigir el pago del interés, personas muy déspotas y altaneras. No se fíen.. estén siempre al pendiente de sus pagos porque esta financiera nada mas esta para robar. Yo por ahora aprendo y JAMAS vuelvo con esta financiera. Un asco de empresa ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Líquidé completamente en Diciembre de 2020 y aún así me siguen cobrando, so pretexto "del seguro" cuando el seguro estaba completamente incluído en el monto a liquidar, lo increíble es que el coche ya no lo tengo, ya está asegurado por su nuevo propietario y ellos siguen cobrando y aparte renovando el seguro lo cual es totalmente imposible.
Una verdadera vergüenza
I liquidated completely in December 2020 and still they continue to charge me, under the pretext of "insurance" when the insurance was completely included in the amount to be settled, the incredible thing is that I no longer have the car, it is already insured by its new owner and they continue charging and apart from renewing the insurance which is totally impossible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En mi vida vuelvo a sacar un crédito nissan.... me están cobrando un mes extra de seguro a $1500 pesos cuando ellos me habían dicho por email que yo lo tenia que contratar...!!! no contestan emails.... te dejan colgado en su número telefónico...... sus operadores telefónicos son unos ineptos.... TENGAN CUIDADO CON ESTOS RATEROS!!
Never in my life have I taken out a Nissan loan again... they are charging me an extra month of insurance at $1500 pesos when they had told me by email that I had to hire it...!!! they don't answer emails... they leave you hanging on their phone number... their phone operators are inept... BE CAREFUL WITH THESE THIEVES!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, te dejan un tiempo exagerado en línea para atenderte, no tienen ni la molestia de decir que están aún en la llamada, solo te dejan colgado hasta que ellos mismos cuelgan la llamada y eso que pedí información para hacer mi pago de contado. Pésimo servicio.
Terrible customer service, they leave you an exaggerated amount of time on line to assist you, they don't even bother to say that they are still on the call, they just leave you hanging until they hang up the call themselves and that I asked for information to make my payment counted. Terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionante credinissan, no dan buena atención al cliente, no tienen empatia y aun y cuando tu crédito lo pagas en tiempo y forma y de manera anticipada te ponen muchas trabas para el siguiente crédito, no respetan el programa de cliente premium.
No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
Very disappointing credinissan, they do not give good customer service, they do not have empathy and even when you pay your credit in a timely manner and in advance they put many obstacles for the next credit, they do not respect the premium client program.
I don't recommend it at all.
