★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experiencia, se la pasaban de error en error y ni una disculpa, la asesora muy grosera burlona y sarcástica, nos querían quitar pesos de nuestros ahorros, y nos ofrecían cosas que después nos quitaban sin explicación, me amenazaron con quitarle el crédito a mi grupo si yo me quejaba del préstamo y además nos obligaron a comprar un seguro que era opcional, todo el tiempo nos trataban como retrasadas y no daban explicaciones todo está un porque si y punto y si reclamaba te ignoraban y decían que eras problemática, DE VERDAD NO COMETAN EL ERROR DE METERSE CON ELLOS, además de que aunque tú contrato es individual en el buro de credito te ponen la deuda total de todo el grupo.
