★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El crédito que ofrecen es sobre saldo insoluto y me indicaron que al abonar a capital mi mensualidad bajaría, pero una vez firmado, se comporta como mensualidades fijas y tus abonos se van a la ultima mensualidad y no disminuye tu cantidad de pago por mes, esto no lo dicen cuando lo contratas, si deseas factura tienes que solicitarla mes con mes, no es automático, no recomendable, venden un producto y ofrecen otro, llamas al call center y se cortan las llamadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ que mal servicio, desde que se contrato el credito automotriz, paga uno en tiempo y a pesar de eso estan hable y hable durante minimo 5 días para cobrar y que uno mande el comprobante, se liquido el auto y en el area de recuperación de documentos te dicen un día una cosa, al otro día otra, te mandan al area de cobranza a hacer ajustes de liberación, que queda en un día , no mejor 4 días, y asi; ahora esperar la cita para que quiten el gps y esperar otros 10 a 15 días hábiles para que le den a uno sus papeles, muy mal,mal servicio

TENGO todas las llamadas registradas que se hizo según si horario de atención.
