★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio de Crédito SI, la asesora muy grosera, sarcástica todo el tiempo tratándonos como si le molestaramos (de echo nos lo dijo, que se tomaba la molestia en contestar nuestras dudas) un montón de errores en los montos confundieron nuestro crédito con el de otro grupo, revolvieron los préstamos entre las participantes por descuido y cuando pedías aclaraciones no te daban razón más que un porque SI y decían que eras conflictivo por preguntón y por exigir buen servicio, no nos dieron el contrato y al final nos iban a dar a todas menos dinero de nuestros ahorros, Todo mal... No volveré a sacar un préstamo aquí jamás. Es horrible que en lugar de cliente te traten como limosnero conflictivo.
Terrible Credit SI service, the very rude, sarcastic advisor all the time treating us as if we were bothering her (in fact she told us, that she took the trouble to answer our questions) a lot of errors in the amounts confused our credit with that of Another group, they scrambled the loans among the participants due to carelessness and when you asked for clarification they did not give you a reason other than why YES and they said that you were conflictive because of a question and for demanding good service, they did not give us the contract and in the end they were going to give us a All but money from our savings, All wrong ... I will never take out a loan here again. It is horrible that instead of a client they treat you as a conflictive beggar.
