Sin embargo, el personal que atiende a los dolientes es muy insencible, al grado de que una persona que ha perdido a su ser querido, llegue a sentirse enojado o desepcionado.
Reconozco que los tiempo de cremación son restrictivos y se deben de realizar con forme a un itinerario establecido, pero exigir que la personas se despidan "rápido" es decir en 5 min. Ojala pudieran regalar 5 minutos extras, al menos.
Hoy en día, hay crematorios que ofrecen algunas palabras de consuelo a los deudos antes de iniciar el proceso, al menos un rezo.
Aquí, el personal es iriente con su insencibilidad hacia un proceso dificil, el personal que aquí labora, debería dedicarse a ser guía de turistas o alguna profesión donde las relaciones humanas no requieran de sencibilidad ante los hechos tristes.
El lugar es adecuado para realizar este proceso. Lo único malo es la insencibilidad del personal.

However, the staff that treats the mourners is very insensitive, to the extent that a person who has lost their loved one, becomes angry or destitute.
I recognize that cremation times are restrictive and should be done in accordance with an established itinerary, but require that people say goodbye "fast" that is in 5 min. I wish they could give away an extra 5 minutes, at least.
Today, there are crematoriums that offer some words of comfort to the bereaved before starting the process, at least one prayer.
Here, the staff is iriente with its insencibility towards a difficult process, the staff that works here, should be dedicated to be a tourist guide or some profession where human relations do not require sencibility in the face of sad events.
The place is suitable for this process. The only bad thing is the insencibility of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciertamente es un lugar malo totalmente, no sirve la máquina de refrescos, nadie atiende la cafetería, no hay donde sentarse con excepción de sillas rotas o las escaleras o el piso. Los empleados atienden de mala forma, en el baño la puerta no cierra y por supuesto mejor traer tu propio jabón y papel porque no hay.
It is certainly a totally bad place, the soda machine does not serve, nobody attends the cafeteria, there is no where to sit except for broken chairs or the stairs or the floor. The employees serve in a bad way, in the bathroom the door does not close and of course it is better to bring your own soap and paper because there is none.
