★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar para comprar queso, muy buen precio la atención de sus empleados super amables, tienen mucha variedad pero sobre todo su queso fresco y de hebra se conservan muy bien, no se ponen amarillos a los 3 días, el queso de hebra viene con buena consistencia y este si se deshebra no viene chicloso, el queso cotija en polvo delicioso. Mi única crítica sería que no tengan el queso fuera de refrigeración como acostumbran hay demasiado calor y los quesos se echan a perder fácilmente y son fuente de salmonella cuando no están bien refrigerados.
Very good place to buy cheese, very good price, the attention of its super friendly employees, they have a lot of variety but especially their fresh and string cheese are preserved very well, they do not turn yellow after 3 days, the string cheese comes with good consistency and this one, if it falls apart, does not come chewy, the powdered cotija cheese is delicious. My only criticism would be that they do not have the cheese out of refrigeration as they are used to, it is too hot and the cheeses spoil easily and are a source of salmonella when they are not properly refrigerated.
