Se lo mencioné al repartidor y me dijo que se los comentó pero el restaurante lo ignoró diciéndole que eso era todo, pero faltaba mi bubble tea que además me cobraron. Casualmente mi pedido no traía ningún ticket ni comprobante de compra y convenientemente no ponen teléfono de contacto en ningún lado. Qué pésima atención, lástima por que se ve que sus productos son buenos pero está será la primera y última vez que pido. Hay mil y un lugares de crepas riquísimas en Queretaro con excelente servicio.
I placed an order for Didi Food on Friday and it arrived incomplete. I mentioned it to the delivery man and he told me that he mentioned it but the restaurant ignored him telling him that that was it, but my bubble tea was missing and they also charged me. Coincidentally, my order did not come with any ticket or proof of purchase and conveniently they do not put a contact telephone number anywhere. What a terrible service, it's a shame because you can see that their products are good but this will be the first and last time I order. There are a thousand and one delicious crepe places in Queretaro with excellent service.
