Estaba en TELCEL y me ofrecieron cambio de compañía vía telefónica y al presentarme al centro de atención me dijeron que no lo podían realizar y como mi teléfono celular es mi herramienta de trabajo y en ése momento no tenía saldo.
Me vi forzado a contratar uno de sus planes el más bajo que es de $200 mensuales por 3 meses y el cuarto mes de $150.
Les pedí metieran un reporte para que capaciten mejor a su personal y no vendan nadamas por vender.
