Nunca se nos reembolzó un pago incial que hicimos, después de cancelar los servicios que habíamos solicitado con más de 1 mes de antelación previa a la fecha para la cual fueron contratados sus servicios, a pesar de que se comprometieron a regresar el dinero por correo electrónico. El evento era 11/12/2021, cancelamos el 30/10/2021 y nos dijeron que nos regresarían el dinero, estamos a 13/01/2021 y aún no nos regresan el dinero.
Very unfortunate experience with the CRI Congresos. We were never reimbursed an initial payment that we made, after canceling the services that we had requested more than 1 month before the date for which their services were contracted, despite the fact that they promised to return the money by email . The event was 12/11/2021, we canceled on 10/30/2021 and they told us they would return the money, we are on 01/13/2021 and they still do not return the money.
