★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo personalmente tengo excelentes comentarios, para este lugar, acudo cada semana a visitar a un familiar y todo el personal sin excepción,,, ( dentro y fuera del centro ) son amables, atentos, educados, serviciales, cualquier duda te la aclaran, el lugar es muy limpio, los internos te saludan y te hablan con respeto. Todas las normas y reglas se llevan perfectamente. Eh visto a personas que van a visita molestarse por alguna razón, pero no alcanzan a comprender que hay que respetar un reglamento por el bien de todos. Solo puedo hablar y compartir mi opinión en base a lo que eh vivido y experimentado en este lugar. Agradezco y felicito a todo el personal por hacer su trabajo a la altura y capacidad de cada uno. ?
I personally have excellent comments, for this place, I go every week to visit a relative and all the staff without exception ,,, (inside and outside the center) are friendly, attentive, polite, helpful, any questions they clarify, the Place is very clean, inmates greet you and speak to you with respect. All the rules and regulations get along perfectly. I have seen people who are going to visit get upset for some reason, but they do not manage to understand that a regulation must be respected for the good of all. I can only speak and share my opinion based on what I have lived and experienced in this place. I thank and congratulate all the staff for doing their job at the height and capacity of each one. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a combination of a Courthouse with an attached prison which predominantly holds pretrial inmates for the State of Jalisco and felony offenders for the city of Puerto Vallarta and neighboring communities. It's rather a dreary place, but l imagine most prisons probably are. Surprisingly the outside is very well kept. Windows clean, very little trash. A bus stop is located directly in front on the administration entrance. I ended up here by getting on the wrong bus, not getting busted. But like they used to say in the Clinton White House, "Never let a crisis go to waste" so l took out my camera and asked a few questions as staff were leaving work for the day.
