★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve cita hoy para realizar el trámite de la credencial de vulnerabilidad,no hubo atención, saqué cita tres meses antes, hable por teléfono un día antes para confirmar cita y horario, no se me avisó que la máquinaria para tomar la foto no servía, de verdad no tuvieron la delicadeza de avisar, yo vivo lejos, tuve que pagar taxi y con dos pequeños con discapacidad, de verdad no fueron amables de avisar, me refirieron a Nezahualcoyotl, desde un principio me hubieran proporcionado una cita en el sitio ya mencionado me queda más cerca de mi domicilio, que falta de comunicación.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ el día de hoy fui para que nos brindarán la atención y nos comentaron que no hay especialistas para brindar la atención adecuada(especialista en comunicación humana)... solo hay especialista en Rehabilitación física...y también solo dan 3 o 4 fichas, lo cual no se me hace correcto ya que hay gente que va a formarse para la consulta desde antes de las 6 de la mañana afuera de las instalaciones...deberian ser un poco más concientes y por lo menos habilitar un espacio de espera dentro de las instalaciones ya que había bebés, niños y adultos mayores esperando afuera en el frío y no todos alcanzan a pasar a consulta por qué no hay fichas suficientes para todos porque según no hay personal y poes es en vano la espera y el frío que pasamos para que no nos brinden la atención que se requiere.
Today I went to receive care and they told us that there are no specialists to provide adequate care (specialist in human communication)... there is only a specialist in physical rehabilitation... and they also only give 3 or 4 cards, which is not correct to me since there are people who are going to line up for the consultation before 6 in the morning outside the facilities...they should be a little more aware and at least enable a waiting space inside the facilities since there were babies, children and older adults waiting outside in the cold and not all of them managed to go to the consultation why there are not enough cards for everyone because according to there are no staff and poes the wait and the cold that we spend is in vain to that they do not give us the attention that is required.
