★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí a domicilio un pastel y nada que ver con la foto de muestra de la aplicación, no coincide para nada, total decepción. Además de que indicaba que es para 14 personas y no es así. Entiendo que al traerlo a domicilio no va a llegar intacto pero tenía todo el betún derretido y toda la caja manchada. Llamé para buscar una solución pero la dueña solo me dijo que quizás llegó así porque no estuvo el tiempo suficiente en refrigeración y que si quería cambiarlo tenía que ir directamente a la tienda pero pues por algo pedí que me lo enviaran. Me pareció irresponsable que mande su producto sin antes revisarlo.
Para finalizar, ni una disculpa recibí solo un "pues ya ni modo". Muy mal servicio. No lo recomiendo.
I ordered a cake at home and nothing to do with the sample photo of the application, it does not match at all, total disappointment. In addition to indicating that it is for 14 people and it is not. I understand that when I bring it home it will not arrive intact but it had all the melted bitumen and the entire box stained. I called to find a solution but the owner only told me that perhaps it arrived like this because it was not refrigerated long enough and that if I wanted to change it I had to go directly to the store but for something I asked that they send it to me. It seemed irresponsible to me that you send your product without checking it first.
To finish, not an apology I received only a "well, no way". Very bad service. I do not recommend it.
