Fuí por parte de aseguradora para reponer una ventana dañada de mi vehículo. Convenimos incluso en el tiempo de espera, después de 5 días me presenté y con la novedad de que la ventana no era la original. Ya me estaban entregando el trabajo y me dejaron el vehículo con restos de vidrios y sobrantes de silicón sobre los asientos y piso. Pedí que me retiraran la ventana y la aseguradora me asignó otra agencia.
No lo recomiendo
A bad experience, I would not like them to do this to more clients.
I went on behalf of the insurance company to replace a damaged window on my vehicle. We even agreed on the waiting time, after 5 days I showed up and with the news that the window was not the original one. They were already giving me the job and they left the vehicle with traces of glass and leftover silicone on the seats and floor. I asked to have my window removed and the insurer assigned me to another agency.
I do not recommend it
