★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El producto es bueno, pero el servicio es pésimo. Una mujer de unos 55 años que está en la recepción, trata a TODOS los clientes de forma grosera, como sinles estuviera haciendo un favor; está de malas y hace caras de molestia mientras te atiende, es perfecta para trabajar en el IMSS.
Desgraciadamente aquí me mandó la aseguradora de mi coche como única opción.
 The product is good, but the service is lousy. A 55-year-old woman at the front desk treats ALL customers rudely, as if she is doing them a favor; she's in a bad mood and makes annoyed faces while she attends to you, she's perfect for working at the IMSS.
Unfortunately, my car insurance company sent me here as the only option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del remplazo del cristal me pareció muy bueno, me atendieron bien, el precio muy accesible y el cristal que yo necesitaba lo tenían en existencia, en otros casos debes esperar a que lo lleven. Tardé alrededor de 3 horas o menos entre el papeleo y la instalación. Se manejan con fichas, entonces es mejor llegar temprano y esperar tu turno. El tipo de pago depende de la aseguradora, en mi caso con Seguros Atlas podía pagar en efectivo o tarjeta ahí mismo, en otras aseguradoras es por transferencia, depósito bancario o directamente con la aseguradora, según sea el caso.
The glass replacement service seemed very good to me, they treated me well, the price was very affordable and the glass that I needed was in stock, in other cases you have to wait for it to be delivered. It took me about 3 hours or less between paperwork and installation. They are token driven, so it's best to get there early and wait your turn. The type of payment depends on the insurer, in my case with Seguros Atlas I could pay in cash or card right there, in other insurers it is by transfer, bank deposit or directly with the insurer, as the case may be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapidísimos y con excelentes resultados. Llegamos ahí porque nos asignó el seguro, pero tuvimos excelente experiencia. Se tardaron alrededor de dos horas en cambiar el vidrio delantero del lado del piloto y quedó perfecto. Muy buen precio. Recomendadísimos. Aceptan el último auto a las 4 pm, así que recomiendo ir temprano.
Very fast and with excellent results. We got there because the insurance assigned us, but we had an excellent experience. It took about two hours to change the front glass on the driver's side and it was perfect. Very good price. Highly recommended. They accept the last car at 4 pm so I recommend going early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy confiable, con una gran mano de obra, mis recomendaciones es que si necesitas su servicio les llames antes de ir, así te ahorras el esperar a ser atendido ya que tienen mucho trabajo, y vas a la segura sabiendo que tienen la pieza e incluso cuanto tiempo pueden tardar. No vayas pensando que te atenderán al momento, ya que si tienen trabajo bien puedes tener que esperar hasta 20 minutos, Informarte de los documentos que necesitas llevar en caso de venir por parte de algún seguro te ahorrara algo de tiempo.
A very reliable place, with a great workforce, my recommendations is that if you need their service, call them before going, this way you save yourself waiting to be attended since they have a lot of work, and you go safe knowing that they have the part and even how long it might take. Do not go thinking that they will attend to you at the moment, since if they have a good job you may have to wait up to 20 minutes, informing yourself of the documents that you need to take in case you come for some insurance will save you some time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very busy place. Check to find out what day is usually least busy. They did a good job for a fair price and some workers there speak English if you need it. Takes about 2 hours for windshield install. Good seafood restaurant not too far away is Parga - call a taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little side window in the back of my nissan march was broken. I went to CRISTAFACIL because My insurance redirected me to this place. It is really recommendable, the service is quite decent (usually the Mexican bureaucracy is killing me but this was really okay). The guys exchanged the window and even cleaned my plate that I have to glue on the window. All in all definitely recommendable!
