My insurer assigned it to me to change my windshield. They themselves called me to tell me that they already had the room and to schedule the appointment. I arrive on a Tuesday for the appointment and the place was overrun and they do not attend to me; It is clear that it was going to take a long time and we would have to wait a long time. I tell the person who attends me that I leave my car and keys so that they can work it calmly and let me know when it is ready. He refuses to receive me the keys and tells me that some installer will notify me when he vacates (the appointment, then, was a saying). I ask him if I can leave the keys to an installer and he can't tell me who; He tells me to wait and that eventually someone will come to attend to me. Quite frustrated I tell him that then I am leaving, and please call me when you have the space to go and leave the car. That was on Tuesday and today Saturday I'm still waiting for the call. Obviously I can speak, but I wanted to see how professional they were, and if they at least care. It seems that his idea is that the client comes first thing in the morning and sits down to wait when they see fit, even if the hours go by. I do not know if I will finally do the windshield change there, and I do not know if they do a good job, but for now I rate them the lowest for the bad service. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I would NOT recommend this place to someone who values ​​their time and seeks seriousness in their treatment.

I do not recommend this option, through insurance, it took more than 20 days to get a glass, when it arrived, it was scratched, when I went to assemble it they told me that they wanted all the documentation of the vehicle, when the insurance is supposed to collect all that information and gives us a pass to this workshop, when paying the deductible they told me that it had to be through a bank to one of their accounts, and the truth is all the time, serving in bad taste, I do not recommend this option, I hope they are a little more aware and common sense.

What a disappointment... After leaving a 4 star review, I had to edit it to make this a complaint... The service provided was driver's rear door glass replacement due to glassing (not casualty). 1 week after my repair and after following the instructions of the place, it turns out that when raising and lowering the window, a thunder was heard, for which, yesterday, Sunday, I proceeded personally (since I have basic knowledge) to disarm the cover of the door to see what caused that noise... Result: door horn was down causing the noise, wires were cut and even tangled so they weren't dangling (if I had noticed a reduction in my sound), staples on my lid broken and missing of screws, by the way, the cover was quite damaged. I DID NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL, UNFORTUNATELY I CAME FOR MO SURE ??

Excellent attention, I was directed by my insurer with them and I had no problem. They are fixing the street so there is no access to their premises with a vehicle but the work is carried out without major setbacks in a nearby location. Super professional and fast, the change took about an hour and a half.
