El teléfono publicado no contestan, y espero no quiten esta publicación, ya que en este teléfono si me llegaron a contestar (incluso regresan la llamada). Son personas muy amables y atentas. No desesperen cuando marquen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, me citaron a una hora, y al llegar me indicaron que el parabrisas que le instalarían estaba en mal estado y fueron por otro. Tenían mi número de celular y no me llamaron, ¡¡tuve que esperar tres horas más!!!
Bad experience, they gave me an appointment at one hour, and upon arrival they told me that the windshield they would install was in poor condition and they went for another one. They had my cell number and they didn't call me, I had to wait three more hours!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ¡Qué buen servicio! Todos fueron súper amables por teléfono y en persona. Quedó muy bien reparado el parabrisas. Tenía un pequeño golpe con una estrellada y unas cuarteaduras de unos 10 mm cada una. En un par de horas lo dejaron casi como nuevo. Quedó un pequeño punto más obscuro de alrededor de 2 mm y es casi imperceptible.
What a good service! Everyone was super nice on the phone and in person. The windshield was very well repaired. It had a small blow with a star and some cracks of about 10 mm each. In a couple of hours they left it almost like new. A small darker spot of about 2 mm remained and it is almost unnoticeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De inicio tardo un poco en llegar mi cristal pero entiendo que en parte eso puede ser por lo poco común de mi vehículo y pandemia. Pero una vez que llegó todo bien, me avisaron y confirmaron una cita, tomó cerca de 3 horas pero porque era parabrisas y ventana, la atención que recibí fue de primera, nos atendió Alejandra y siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestro pedido y si solución, altamente recomendado.
Initially, it took a while for my glass to arrive, but I understand that this may be partly due to the unusualness of my vehicle and the pandemic. But once everything was fine, they notified me and confirmed an appointment, it took about 3 hours but because it was a windshield and a window, the attention I received was first class, Alejandra attended us and was always attentive to our request and if she had a solution, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es bueno…en la sucursal. Los números no contestan nunca, si logras conseguir el número de whatsapp, es un volado si contestan o no.
En cuanto al cristal, se tardan 25 días hábiles…si es que lo piden bien, sino, tendrás que ir 3 veces a la sucursal para que te digan que se equivocaron nuevamente.
Si hay suerte y piden tu cristal correctamente, no hay queja. Todo de manera correcta. Suerte llegando a esa etapa.
The service is good…at the branch. The numbers never answer, if you manage to get the whatsapp number, it's a tossup if they answer or not.
As for the glass, it takes 25 business days...if they ask for it correctly, otherwise, you will have to go to the branch 3 times for them to tell you that they made a mistake again.
If you are lucky and they order your glass correctly, there is no complaint. Everything in the right way. Good luck getting to that stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He recibido un pésimo servicio de su parte. Llevo más de una semana esperando confirmación de cita para colocar un vidrio de mi auto y no me han podido dar dicha cita. Sigo insistiendo porque aquí es donde mi seguro me mando pero por mi parte no regresaría. Es increíble el servicio tan malo y carente que tienen.
I have received terrible service from you. I have been waiting for more than a week to confirm an appointment to place a glass on my car and they have not been able to give me said appointment. I keep insisting because this is where my insurance sent me but for my part I would not return. It's amazing how bad and lacking service they have.
