★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El seguro nos mandó a que nos hicieran ahí en cristafácil el cambio del parabrisas, pues lo hicieron a las carreras y mal, no quedó bien colocado, lo que provocó filtración de agua, y gracias a eso se nos descompuso la computadora del carro, no lo recomiendo para nada! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los empleados para atenderte se echan la bolita, no quieren trabajar, las Sritas son muy amables, lleve mi coche a qué revisaran la chapa interior de una puerta, después que las Sritas les dijeron 3 veces a los chalanes que me atendieran, revisan la chapa según ellos y concluyeron que estaba Rita la manija y como no estaba el gerente que tardarían cómo 3 días en darme precio, que lo llevo con Lomeli a 2 cuadras de ahí, lo revisa y solo estaba safada la varilla, la colocaron en su lugar y quedó bien, cuando en este lugar querían que lo comprará nuevo, de seguro la compro y me arreglan la vieja manija y se quedan con la nueva manija, pues te dicen déjelo y regrese en dos horas, no los recomiendo

Cambiaron el vidrio y listo, podrían incluir un costo adicional por aspirarlo y seguro lo pagaríamos.
El servicio a clientes es bueno, aunque se equivocaron en el modelo y tuve que esperar 3 días mas.
Please avoid going or check the car before you receive it. They didn't vacuum anything, they left all the glass in the trunk and on the seats
They changed the glass and voila, they could include an additional cost for vacuuming it and we would surely pay for it.
The customer service is good, although they made a mistake in the model and I had to wait 3 more days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se hizo la solicitud del parabrisas el día 4 de Octubre, me comentaron que ellos me confirmaban cuando tuvieran el parabrisas, paso una semana no me confirmaron. Llame, me comentaron que en una semana más, paso una semana, no me confirmaron, espere una semana mas, siguieron sin confirmarme, me atendio otra persona que aparentemente estaba trabajando adecuadamente. Quedo la cita 9:30 horas. tuve un contratiempo llegue 10:30 me dijeron que si lo podian recibir, lo terminarian a las 15:00 horas. Regreso a las 17:00 horas y aun no hacian nada. En fin se trato de reagendar, la srita que me atendia molesta justificandose el que no lo terminaran por llegar tarde (me pudieron decir que regresara despues). NADA RECOMENDADO, hay muchos otros talleres con mucho mejor servicio.
