The insurer assigned me this place to replace my glass but because many clients assign them they do not provide a fast and efficient service, when your replacement arrives from their warehouse it arrives wrong and they give you another appointment and tell you that the part did not arrive that is the right one for your car model, besides, they take too long to serve you. They did not have the right glass, three days later they had it, the insurer took a long time to authorize, they were very attentive, excellent service.

Terrible Service, Arrive on Time with Appointment, arrive Before 9am and they started working on my car at 11 because they were having breakfast, asking bad faces, dirty reception areas and boxes people without mouth covers etc. Avoid this place!!!

The service is very bad, they take too long to attend, they blame the insurers for their inefficiency. They give them bad prices, so you have to be careful if they do not charge more than what the insurance indicates

The installer who placed the glass very attentive and fast service. Regarding the counter staff and the girl at the cashier, quite the opposite of the installer and also liars. I wanted to bill for the glass service and they argued that they were prices plus VAT and when paying, it turned out that they billed me with a generic RFC and they did not want to bill me with my tax data.

In general it seems to me that they are saturated all the time. Some of the people who attend the window are very kind, others the truth is that they don't care. I liked the service and everything was going well until I checked how the interior turned out. It turns out that everything was filthy and when I was able to test the windshield it was heard that it did not seal the issue of air at high speed, later due to lack of time I could not take it under warranty and the truth is that I said well I will be able to do it. The last thing I noticed was that they broke a molding and left it on top, it wasn't until I moved the hood that I realized it. My recommendation is to check that all the plastics, staples and moldings are fine and move them to see if they have not been accidentally broken. But most importantly, claim on time. I was too late :( I suggest that it is better to look for more options. Professionals from the same company I took my car to the branch for the national army and I liked the service more. My problem here is still pending resolution, but we will see what to do.

Reception staff and workshop staff are unfriendly. The process of receiving and delivering cars is slow. Installation work is not of high quality. The prices are accessible.
