★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención al cliente por parte de la gente en mostrador. No respetan el horario de citas que da el personal que contesta por teléfono. Te dejan esperando horas para recibirte tus papeles mientras de nota claramente que su carga de trabajo es nula. Dicen abrir a las 8h30, pero en mis dos visitas jamás ví a nadie mover un dedo antes de las 10h30. Cambié de cristalera, pues ni en mostrador ni en su call Center me dieron soluciones. CERO estrellas si Google me lo permitiera.
 Bad customer service from the people at the counter. They do not respect the appointment times given by the personnel who answer on the phone. They leave you waiting hours to receive your papers while clearly noting that their workload is zero. They say it opens at 8:30, but in my two visits I never saw anyone lift a finger before 10:30. I changed windows, because neither at the counter nor at their call center they gave me solutions. ZERO stars if Google would let me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste, horrible trato, las mujeres que están aquí son de lo peor en servicio, tardan más de una hora solo para verificar datos y recibir tu auto, malhumoradas y apenas comienza en día, déspotas, si pueden busquen otra sucursal o de plano dueños, cámbienlas por personas que tengan vocación de servicio. Se la pasan en su celular en lugar de trabajar y evitar que se llene el taller, los chicos que instalan, demasiado lentos, poco personal. Uf... lleno de autos...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el día 11 de mayo me rompieron mi cristal y el seguro me asignó este lugar para repararlo, acudí el día 13 de mayo, estuve esperando por 2 horas, me dijeron que si tenían el cristal minutos antes de que lo colocaran me indican que el color que el color no es el mismo color que tenía mi cristal y que si se lo ponían así o se lo mandamos pedir a compras, que tardaría 7 días, 18 días y y nunca me hablaron, tuve que solicitar la re asignación a mi seguro a otro lugar.
