pésimo en tiempo de espera 5 hora y no pueden cambiar un cristal y escuchando a dos clientes más que están aquí en el servicio, se quejan de lo mismo, pésimo trato desde que llegas una señora te recibe nefasta si no pueden con el trabajo para que se ALQUILAN. HORRIBLE SERVICIO

lousy waiting time 5 hours and they can't change a glass and listening to two more customers who are here in the service, they complain about the same thing, lousy treatment from the moment you arrive a lady receives you disastrously if they can't with the work so that are RENT. HORRIBLE SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, pésima atención, cuando vengan prepárense como mínimo una hora para que puedan ser atendidos en oficina, a eso sumar el tiempo de reparación o cambio de cristales. La forma de organización es nula. Las 4 personas de mostrador no son profesionales, solo atiende una y los otros tres son lentos como ellos solos, y además groseros. Los técnicos se distraen con cualquier cosa y entre ellos, trabajan y no sueltan el teléfono para estar enviando mensajes.
Absolutamente NADA RECOMENDABLE.
Terrible, terrible attention, when they come, prepare at least one hour so that they can be attended to in the office, to that add the time to repair or change windows. The form of organization is null. The 4 people at the counter are not professionals, only one attends and the other three are slow like themselves, and also rude. The technicians are distracted by anything and each other, they work and do not drop the phone to be sending messages.
Absolutely NOTHING RECOMMENDED.

La señorita casi nos grita diciendo como lo traiga y con o sin formatos NO ME PLACE ATENDER HOY (Es más importante mi torta y novela en celular). Pésima atención y seguro han de cobrar millones a quienes les vale la atención......porque espantan a los.que vamos y sí.......somos clientes potenciales. Sorry pero cambien a las señoritas de Servicio a Clientes......pésima atención (ya lo dije ?)
Of the times you are going to ask for a need and THERE IS NO WAY. The lady almost yelled at us saying how can I bring it and with or without formats I DON'T PLEASE ATTEND TODAY (My cake and soap opera on my cell phone are more important). Lousy attention and surely they have to charge millions to those who are worth the attention ...... because they scare those of us who go and yes ... we are potential clients. Sorry but change the ladies of Customer Service ...... lousy attention (I already said it ?)

Desde el momento en que realice la llamada para cotizar el cristal para mí auto, me atendieron con amabilidad y dieron seguimiento en todo momento, con llamadas indicándome el día para la instalación. Rapidez y excelente atención, tanto en mostrador y principalmente del instalador que realizó el trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cristakar es un excelente lugar para reparar autos, el auto de mi familia le había caído un globo de agua en el parabrisas y se rompió por completo, lo llevamos a Cristakar a reparar y en menos de 2 horas lo habían reparado a la perfección además de que nos hicieron el favor de limpiar los vidrios que habían quedado.
También vi otros autos y sus problemas y al igual se tardaron poco en arreglarlos ya que son muy eficientes y rápidos las personas que trabajan ahí.
El único inconveniente es a la hora de firmar papeles, si es muy tardado como unos 15 a 20 minutos y aparte que solo habían como 2 o 3 personas trabajando en los mostradores.
Este lugar es muy bueno cuando se habla de reparar coches, yo lo recomiendo.
Cristakar is an excellent place to repair cars, my family's car had had a water balloon fall on the windshield and it completely broke, we took it to Cristakar to repair and in less than 2 hours they had repaired it to perfection in addition to who did us the favor of cleaning the glass that had been left behind.
I also saw other cars and their problems and it didn't take long to fix them as the people who work there are very efficient and fast.
The only inconvenience is when it comes to signing papers, if it takes a long time, like 15 to 20 minutes and apart from that there were only 2 or 3 people working at the counters.
This place is very good when it comes to repairing cars, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick n easy, very professional. Had my window smashed the other day and the car insurance sent me to this place to get it replaced. Took them only 2 hours to get the windshield replaced. Crossed the street to Delta mall to the cheesecake factory.
