En lo personal, quise rediseñar mi área de trabajo y se tuvieron que suspender actividades en dicha área para la instalación de un vidrio que se encargo, sin embargo en dos ocasiones simplemente no llegaron o nos dijeron a última hora que no irían porque "no estaban enterados del trabajo". La 3ra ocasión se quedó formal en acudir a una hora y llegaron más de media hora después. Cabe mencionar que este tiempo que se suspenden actividades en el área de trabajo es pérdida porque se tienen se suspender citas de clientes.
Mala organización y mucha informalidad. Precios accesibles y material bueno, pero por el mal servicio, prefiero buscar otras opciones aunque sea un poco más costoso.
Much informality with the work commissioned. Personally, I wanted to redesign my work area and activities in that area had to be suspended for the installation of a glass that was commissioned, however on two occasions they simply did not arrive or they told us at the last minute that they would not go because "they were not aware of the job ". The 3rd time it was formal to attend an hour and they arrived more than half an hour later. It should be mentioned that this time that activities are suspended in the work area is a waste because customer appointments are suspended.
Bad organization and a lot of informality. Accessible prices and good material, but because of the bad service, I prefer to look for other options even if it is a little more expensive.
