Tuve una experiencia demasiado desagradable al visitar cristalería Durango.
Y recordé el por qué no quería ir a ese lugar.
Por el trato al cliente!
Realmente te tratan como si les fueras a pedir un favor, te atienden con mucha falta de amabilidad y tacto.
Prácticamente les tienes que rogar para que te atiendan, para que te asesoren, y en ningún momento te tratan bien, no te hacen sentir como en tu casa, cosa que es una obligación de todo comercio y empresa.
Las personas también compran la buena actitud, no solamente los productos o servicios que te ofrecen.
Es una sensación nada agradable el ir a comprar en Cristalería Durango ya que el buen trato es nulo.
Básicamente fui por que es el que me quedaba cerca y eso fue lo único que me hizo ir a visitarlos, pero al entrar a ese lugar recordé el porque no me agradaba ir.
Sin duda alguna debí de haber manejado más e ir a otro lugar.
Lo siento, pero esa es la verdad!

For the customer service!
They really treat you as if you were asking them for a favor, they treat you with a lot of lack of kindness and tact.
You practically have to beg them to take care of you, to advise you, and at no time do they treat you well, they do not make you feel at home, which is an obligation of every trade and company.
People also buy the good attitude, not just the products or services they offer you.
It is an unpleasant feeling to go shopping at Cristalería Durango since the good deal is zero.
Basically I went because it is the one that was close to me and that was the only thing that made me go visit them, but when I entered that place I remembered why I did not like to go.
Without a doubt, I should have driven more and went somewhere else.
Sorry, but that's the truth!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muy buen surtido, pero es muy incómodo entrar ahí... Uno siente que puede tirar las cosas por lo pequeño de los pasillos y la forma de acomodarlas...
Pero le doy una sola estrella por el asunto de los precios... Por qué no poner precio??? Es muy molesto estar preguntando por cada producto, porque absolutamente nada tiene el precio exhibido, mínimo coloquen un verificador para no estar esperando que alguien te atienda por el precio de cada objeto
