★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Más que pésimo la atención, están peleando literalmente a palabras con una señora que no le sirve lo que le vendieron por la razón que sea ( el cliente tiene la razón), le dicen que es su culpa, y además que como pago en tarjeta no es posible ( no conocen las leyes fiscales y del SAT), en extremo groseras las Srtas, que están en el mostrador, QUE PORQUE SON POLÍTICAS DE LA EMPRESA, ( el duelo si sabrá que las leyes constitucionales, legislativas y fiscales , están arriba de cualquier política de empresa), bueno , solicito que nos atiendan porque se están desgastando el una situación que pueden arreglar dándole su devolución a la clienta, me atienden con una jeta impresionantes, me dan las opciones, pero eso con la advertencia que estoy que estoy pidiendo, , wow, pésimo, pero ok, le comento a la Srta. Que está bien que, requiero factura, y lo checa, ok, haaa, pero el colmo , quiero cambiar el correo, por la razón QUE QUIERA EL CLIENTE, ES SU OBLIGACIÓN MANDARLO AL CORREO QUE SOLICITA EL CLIENTE, Y en forma grosera me empieza reclamar que las empresas deben tener un solo correo para sus compras , wow, ahora resulta , al final me salí y no compre nada, en verdad que forma tan grande de perder clientes nuevos, una disculpa .DE NO RETENER CLIENTES, que bueno que hay muchas aluminieras, en verdad espero no tener la necesidad de pararme ahí, u así lo haré saber a mis conocidos. PÉSIMO Y MAS QUE PÉSIMO TRATO A LOS CLIENTES, HA SUS POLÍTICAS, WOW, me queda muy claro que no necesitan el dinero de los CLIENTES, , no tienen la menor idea de la palabra SERVICIO A CLIENTES.
