★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La tienda es pequeña pero si tienen variedad de utensilios para cocina y a super buen precio, compre un sartén T-fal grande y costó $270 cuando en otros lados cuesta el doble. El servicio es muy bueno, son amables y atentos.
Si es que vas a pagar con tarjeta hacen un cargo por 2% de comisión.
Tienen estacionamiento para tres autos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post-venta. Compre una olla, me di cuenta que ya tenía una igual. El mismo día pedí el cambio y resulta que tienen política de “No hay cambios ni devoluciones”. Le pedí al gerente de la tienda le diera un teléfono de un superior para platicar, y de mala manera lo negó y me dio un correo mal para q nunca contestaran. Esa política de no cambios es de los 80’s. Uno como consumidor tiene derechos.
Terrible after-sales service. I bought a pot, I realized I already had one like it. The same day I asked for the change and it turns out that they have a "No changes or refunds" policy. I asked the store manager to give him a phone number from a superior to talk to, and in a bad way he denied it and gave me a bad email so that they would never answer. That no-change policy is from the 80's. One as a consumer has rights.
