Osea no fue buena para decirme q ya estaban mis cosas para cobrarme. M	MA DGZ8a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de atención al cliente y mala actitud de servicio (indiferencia), los visíto desde Ciudad Juarez, ni la vuelta valió la pena, buen surtido, precios no son los mejores que encontré en Guadalajara, y de paso ni el baño, ni lavamanos le facilitan al cliente (Que sus baños no tienen servicio de agua) no entiendo como les permiten operar sin que el personal no tenga ni agua para lavarse las manos. P	Pamela Armas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, fui a comprar unas cosas para mi negocio a finales del mes pasado,pedí factura y la cajera que me atendió me mintió a la cara diciéndome que su impresora no le servía que si no importaba si solamente me la enviaba por correo. La factura jamás llegó a mi correo. Me parece una falta enorme de respeto mentirle a tus clientes solo por no querer hacer bien tu trabajo. L	Laura Dominguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy extenso surtido ... sala de exhibición grande.... lástima que no ofrecen el servicio básico o mínimo indispensable de baños ??, la "cultura de atención al cliente" no existe ... me dijeron los empleados que el baño no lo prestan porque está en bodega... se diseñó todo sin tener en cuenta las necesidades básicas de los clientes... pésima o nula disposición de servicio. Naturalmente que no vuelvo y si en algún momento ustedes necesitan ese servicio pues prepárense para lo peor? Very extensive assortment...large showroom...too bad they don't offer the basic or bare minimum bathroom service ??, the "customer service culture" doesn't exist...employees told me that the bathroom doesn't they lend it because it's in the warehouse... everything was designed without taking into account the basic needs of the clients... terrible or no service provision. Definitivamente un lugar que no puedes dejar de conocer si eres fan de la cocina o mínimo de las carnes asadas, aquí encuentras de todo y además de buena calidad a un excelente precio. Esta además de ser una tienda para venta al menudeo también puede abastecer todo lo que necesitas para la cocina de tu negocio. Súper recomendable.
