Quedaron en instalarlo en 3 fechas distintas y nunca llegaron, mencionando siempre que regresarían la llamada (lo cual nunca hicieron). Acudí a sus oficinas a solicitar el reembolso personalmente y me enviaron un comprobante de reembolso FALSO, situación que informé al Director de la empresa Ing Mario Corona y hasta la fecha sigo sin recibir mi dinero. Pésimo servicio y atención
I am still waiting for my refund of a service that was paid and contracted since August 9, 2017 and which was not provided to me. They agreed to install it on 3 different dates and never came, always mentioning that they would return the call (which they never did). I went to their offices to request the refund personally and they sent me a FALSE refund receipt, a situation that I reported to the Director of the company Ing Mario Corona and to date I still do not receive my money. Terrible service and attention
