s	salvador tellez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si te dicen 3 días de entrega se vuelve semana y media y te traen a vuelta y vuelta y cuando no es el templado es el esmerilado y cuando no la camioneta no trae tu pieza excusas sobran para que al final el templado que pagaste te entreguen un cristal sin templar.PESIMO SERVICIO .No vayan. If they tell you 3 days of delivery it becomes a week and a half and they bring you back and forth and when it is not tempered it is the grinding and when the truck does not bring your piece, there are plenty of excuses so that in the end the temperate you paid will deliver you a Tempered glass. WEIGHT SERVICE. Don't go.

La señora que atiende los pedidos de Cristal (Elizabeth Michelle) es de lo más desagradable en su forma de tratar a los clientes, sólo sabe dar excusas y no tiene conocimientos del trabajo que debe desempeñar. Para nada los recomiendo. 21 days and can not deliver stupid tempered glass. Deplorable service and inefficiency on the part of the staff. Sin embargo como algunas de las empresas que ofrecen estos servicios NO CUMPLEN EN TIEMPO Y FORMA CON LAS ENTREGAS...la falta de comunicación y de personal retrasa los pedidos...ofrecen el servicio de 4 a 5 días hábiles y se transforma en 10 días hábiles...ya van 2! Ojalá que la 3a sea la vencida y traten de revindicarse con sus clientes, sobre todo por el servicio que ofrecen. En precio y calidad mis respetos...tanto el canteado como la calidad está dentro de lo que puede uno pedir por tan buen precio.
