Les escribí por WhatsApp para informes de un estambre y me dejaron en visto. Escuchaba todo lo que ocurría en la tienda y nunca me atendieron, cabe destacar el poco o nulo conocimiento de producto que tienen, han de estar vendiendo mucho ahora que reaperturaron sus tiendas ... esos comercios tan malos son los que deberían desaparecer.. evidentemente un Terrible servicio y Atencion online ... pues no se concretó mi pedido, necesitaba casi 20 piezas de estambre y se le fue la venta ...
Terrible phone and WhatsApp service. I dialed the store, they answered me and they left me 10 minutes on the call before attending me and they did it in a rude and ineffective way. I wrote them on WhatsApp for reports of a stamen and they left me on sight. I listened to everything that happened in the store and they never attended me, it is worth noting the little or no knowledge of the product they have, they must be selling a lot now that their stores have reopened ... those bad stores are the ones that should disappear ... obviously Terrible service and attention online ... because my order was not fulfilled, I needed almost 20 pieces of yarn and the sale went away ...
