★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a staple pastry of the region: caramel filled croissants / cuernitos de cajeta. They have other flavors and pastries, but the cajeta version is amazing. Take some home as gift for people and they'll love it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't expect european bakery. This bakery Is always crowded and popular. But I don't know why. i tried croissant cajeta and croissant chocolate. It's not croissant.. just bread stuffed with chocolate or cajeta. But I admit the fillings were super full. So be careful of fillings when you eat them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the most famous bakeries in downtown Guadalajara. People from all over the Mexican Republic come to get a taste of the famous croissants. The chocolate ones are the ones that sell the most. But there are croissants filled with all kinds of goodies. Mostly sweet croissants filled with strawberry, peach, apple and other jams. Most people buy them to take home. They also sell muffins and other types of sweet breads.
If you enjoy pastries Croissants Alfredo are a must. I recommend the chocolate ones since they are the original ones. You will really like them.
