Terrible service, poor quality, unpunctuality. All wrong, they made me give a lot of laps because they still did not have my chrome, they delivered it 5 days after the date they said. Bad attention from the other employees, nobody knows how to do anything, nor do they know how to give reports or anything, the only one who knows something is this Mr. Monroy and his attention is very bad, on the quality of the product, very bad all my chrome blasted bad chrome with traces marked horrendous, for filthy better I do it that I do not dedicate myself to that. And just that day I went to pick up my chrome, they were going around to deliver their merchandise to another client who came from far away, (They did not deliver anything). * If you want bad attention, go to Mr. Monroy who is the only one who knows something about that (company) * If you like to waste your time, If you don't have to spend your money on and you are looking for poor quality, * Cromadora Delgado is your best option *

The charges are excessive for a sticker and apart from that they condition you, you don't see the desire to work and they call themselves professionals.

To quote is a mess, they ask for physical samples and refuse to quote on photos or renders with measurements. A very closed-minded man with little capacity.

DISPLEASENT ATTENTION… I went to quote the chrome plating of a couple of plastic parts that can be seen in the photos, and my experience in this sense was not pleasant AT FIRST: at the entrance counter he attended me (a robust complexion guy of approx. 55 years old, salt-and-pepper hair) same as I greeted and commented on my needs... he did not answer my greeting and ignored me for about three minutes despite having him in front of me (supposedly he was looking at some pieces that he had in his hands) when he finally gave me his attention I showed him my pieces and his response was so blunt: it took 5 business days or more to deliver... I replied, ok, there is no problem for the time… And he replied: and each one costs 600 pesos!! (I don't know what the average chrome costs are but the cost seemed a bit high to me) And I understand that chrome is a “luxury” finish and that it may be expensive and take X time to deliver. But the attention of your employee is DISAPLICANT, and it seems that far from wanting to sell you the service, what he wants is for you not to leave your pieces, and he achieved it because due to the attitude, delivery time and cost, I chose not to leave them.
