Desde hace un mes saqué una cita con ustedes para que me peinaran y maquillaran para mi baby shower el día de hoy (domingo). Todavía el día de ayer (sábado) llamé para confirmar y me dijeron que si me iban a atender el domingo temprano. Llegué a la estética a la hora pactada y estuve esperando por más de 30 minutos. Después de muchos intentos de llamarles a distintos números y mensajes de whatsapp sin contestar tuve que buscar DE ÚLTIMA HORA a alguien que me atendiera. Lo peor es que no era un día cualquiera, era mi Baby shower y confiaba en su compromiso para que me atendieran. JAMÁS los podría recomendar. Y ni siquiera se han dignado a contestar mis mensajes.
ZERO professional, nothing serious and with bad attention. I DO NOT recommend them at all after the courage they put me through today! Since a month ago I made an appointment with you to comb my hair and make up for my baby shower today (Sunday). Still yesterday (Saturday) I called to confirm and they told me that if they were going to attend me early Sunday. I arrived at the aesthetics at the agreed time and I was waiting for more than 30 minutes. After many attempts to call different numbers and whatsapp messages without answering, I had to search LAST MINUTE for someone to assist me. The worst thing is that it was not an ordinary day, it was my Baby shower and I was confident in their commitment to be treated. I could NEVER recommend them. And they have not even deigned to answer my messages.
