Me trabajaron un coche chocado solo lo medio arreglaron a 2 meses después se empezaron a caer las piezas de la facia en teoría me cambiaron la facia y solo pusieron una medio arreglada me di cuenta ahora que lo llevo a otro hojalatero para arreglar sus porquerías. No lo recomiendo.

Gente nada profesional, la señorita que atiende por telefono no tiene una idea de como tratar a los clientes, se expresa con la misma mediocridad con la que sus mecanicos trabajan , es sorprendente como Quialitas sigue dandoles trabajo a este tipo de talleres tan nefastos, no dejen sus carros aqui, huyan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No lo creía al principio, pues pensé que por ser de aseguradora tendría altos estándares de calidad, sin embargo me equivoque, ni el supervisor de Qualitas ni los del taller me resolvieron mi problema, un trabajo muy por debajo de las expectativas, pintura mas colocada, mis faros eran nuevos y le perdieron las tuercas de los ajustadores, si no voy a verificar antes me habrían entregado la unidad con un arnés desconectado de un sensor, le aparecieron golpes que no tenia, y el supervisor de Qualitas no sirve para nada, habla muy dramáticamente pero no defiende a su cliente que a final de cuenta ya ha pagado un seguro, la verdad primera y ultima vez que voy a un taller de 6ta, irresponsables e informales para trabajar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nefasto el trato, no saben trabajar ni detallar los autos, de la pintura ni hablamos porque salen debiendo, te cambian piezas y te ponen usadas cuando te dicen que son nuevas, Aseguradoras por favor dejen de trabajar con este tipo de talleres haganles auditorias de calidad y atencion a clientes..
