Soy muy organizada con mis citas y yo reserve con un mes de anticipación. Anote en mi agenda como siempre justo después de agendar y pues al final era mi palabra contra la de la encargada. Por cierto, una chica sumamente grosera y prepotente.
El ambiente en el lugar es hostil por ella. (Es una chica con el pelo teñido de rubio de ojos claros).
Se la paso hablando por teléfono adentro del baño por mucho tiempo a pesar de que había clientes que querían usarlo.
Es por ese pésimo trato qué nunca voy a regresar a ese lugar.
Esa chica no tiene ni la menor idea de lo que es el respeto ni el buen trato al cliente. Es una lastima porque si ella es la dueña, pues así se le van a ir muchos clientes y si es la encargada o algo así, que lástima por quien sea el dueño.
Ojalá sepa lo mal que se porta y tome cartas en el asunto.
