★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El horario de servicio es limitado, así que si tienes una emergencia con tu perrito da igual porque sólo contestan de 10:30 a 6. De lunes a sábado. No puedes tener el teléfono directo del veterinario, pues el dueño no lo permite.
Normalmente la señora que cuida a mi perrito la lleva y más tarde yo paso a pagar con mi tarjeta. Tenía contratado el paquete de vacunas, y no quisieron vacunar a mi perrita, porque tenía que pagar por adelantado; yo no la llevé porque pasaría en la tarde... como siempre lo había hecho y no quisieron vacunarla.
Su empatía es nula respecto a entender que uno está trabajando y necesita ayuda para cuidar de la mascota.
Sólo estaba esperando a que mi perrita tuviera todas sus vacunas, para empezar a llevarla a Petco. El servicio de estética es limitado, el perro nunca está listo cuando dicen y confunden pelo corto con rasurado.

Normally the lady who takes care of my puppy takes it and later I pay with my card. I had contracted the vaccination package, and they did not want to vaccinate my dog, because I had to pay in advance; I didn't take her because it would happen in the afternoon ... as I always had and they didn't want to vaccinate her.
Their empathy is zero regarding understanding that one is working and needs help to take care of the pet.
I was just waiting for my dog to get all her shots, to start taking her to Petco. The grooming service is limited, the dog is never ready when they say and confuse short hair with shaved.
