Realmente es un servicio personalizado y los instructores tienen mucha paciencia y pasión por su trabajo.
Es un excelente lugar para regalarte 2 horas para ti, para tu salud, bienestar y para alejarte del estrés del día a día.
Spectacular service, not everyone modifies the schedules just by training two people at dawn. (No extra charge)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuestión a gimnasios, es raro hoy en día encontrar un lugar donde realmente se interesen por sus clientes, lo que más destaca de Cross Training Select, es la atención personalizada que tienes desde el primer día que entrenas.
Es un excelente lugar y hay muy buen ambiente de compañerismo entre todos los que entrenamos ahí.
La atención por parte de los entrenadores es excelente. Sea cual sea tu objetivo, ellos siempre te dan consejos para hacer tu plan de ejercicios y lo mejor de todo no tiene costo extra.
Como experiencia personal, llevo 3 meses entrenando y puedo decirles que ya se nota en mi ropa. Hasta ahora, es uno de los mejores lugares que he visitado, se los recomiendo mucho.
