Los coach son personas muy profesionales y preparadas, están ahí para orientarte realmente y enseñarte a hacer movimientos que no conoces sin lesiones! SIN DUDA UN EXCELENTE LUGAR PARA ENTRENAR.
Excellent environment to train. It is a well-equipped place and the cost is very affordable, unlike other places where equipment is needed and the prices are high.
Coaches are very professional and prepared people, they are there to really guide you and teach you to do movements that you do not know without injuries! DEFINITELY AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO TRAIN.
