Very good place where athletes are trained and created. It is a crossfit and alterphilia training gym, one of the best in nice Nuevo León. Where there are trained and experienced people to your support in which they are classes every hour in groups. Very good place to train.

The best CrossFit I know. The facilities are very good, they have a lot of equipment and the best: the coaches and the classes are very very good. They care about varying workouts and helping you practice and improve technique. From time to time you have to watch Brendita Castro train ?
