★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall impression of the hotel has been great: friendly and helpful staff, nice variety of breakfast buffet (especially fruits), and conveniently located close to shopping districts and tourist attractions. Room was a bit outdated but was clean and had a nice view of the city. Most staff members speak little English but I was doing just fine for the most part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very outdated! Outside looks nice but rooms are falling apart. Staff is very “do it yourself “ type. Breakfast is very limited during the week. On our way to check out there were 2 young ladies behind the desk, they kept us waiting for over over 30 minutes while “chatting” with another employee. On our first view of a “recently sanitized” room, there was urine on the toilet. Towels are dingy, and don’t have a clean smell. Thankfully I am always prepared and bring all of our toiletries. I don’t recommend this hotel. Stay in the San Pedro area, it is literally 10 more minutes down the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the bathroom was way below my standards I’m guessing the hotel uses weighted blankets so I slept like a baby. Nice floor to ceiling windows provided an excellent view of the mountains. Excellent location to the mercado loaded with shops and restaurants. Quick 5 min walk saved me from having to use my vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Family And I spent Christmas Here and I cannot express my satisfaction with this place. The place was very clean, the customer service was first class, the touch they had with the red balloons and Santa Claus was extremely entertaining, the music was great to dance and at the end the champagne was a very nice closing not to mention the variety of food. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I would like to give 10 stars not just five. I congratulate the managers and the employees for the great Work they did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our favorite hotel on the city, mostly because of the indoor pool. It has a jacuzzi section with warm water. The beds are very comfortable, as well as the pillows. The general atmosphere is calm and relaxed.
We only had a minor issue which we we brought to the staff attention, but was never attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying here and it was perfectly fine, the beds and pillows, I want to take home with me, the best. The Locations also is great, shopping area around Three blocks and you are ln downtown shopping area. Wow, also free parking you vehicle.
The food is to die for, so tasty Fresh.
Go check it out for yourself. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building looks a bit out dated. Could do with a face lift. Rooms are clean and serviced every day. Elevators are quick and many. Staff are friendly. Centrally located. Good taxi service. Large breakfast choices at a good price. Dinner was good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay here has been nothing short of the most amazing hotel experience I’ve had in my life. The facility is beautiful and super clean. Server like Abigail and Margarita have made me feel so appreciated and they work so hard. I absolutely Love IT here. I forgot to mention the food here is also on another level. The chefs working the stations were super friendly and helpful even with the language barrier. Absolutely awesome dishes
