★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful wiith my stay. They made the language barrier easier to deal with when I was at the hotel and offered any assistance they could. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby and amenities were easily accessible and clean. Keep up the good work.

informative introduction of the adjacent surroundings, provided helpful booking services to the local restaurants, and assisted in guest emergent situations. The hotel has some rennovated interior and spacious room. The room is clean and well equipped with a fridge and safety box, but could help if a microwave oven is available. Food is ok for breakfast. Bar area is small and fairly cozy. The hotel room iis relatively noise free, even if right next to a busy traffic. Over all, an enjoyable stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first arrived the doorman was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy which after a 4 hour car ride was much appreciated. Dinner service was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive. The room was very nice and clean. The work out area had plenty of options. Breakfast buffet had many options as well and was a great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to stay for a few dates while moving out from my home, along with having my daughter attending her virtual classes during this pandemic.
I fully enjoyed my stay since there was plenty of room for my daughter virtual classes (including a dance class) due the fully-equipped desk and spacious areas while I finished my business with my previous landlord.
All of us enjoyed the quality of the meals at the restaurant and room service. Sopa de Tortilla is really deliciuos!.
I fully recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All rooms have noisy AC, you dont hear your TV once its on.
Sleeping is immpossible with AC on, probably with ear plugs,
in a Crown Plaza really.
Without AC room is to warm to sleep.
Staff at receiption take 30min. to add an company adress to my bill, before giving up. Got an email later with added adress at the bill.
American Breakfast not tasty at all, bacon not eatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time staying at hotel in Toluca Mexico. Initially had reservations due to language barrier. To my surprise everyone spoke English and was able to accommodate my needs.
The rooms were exceptionally clean everyday and hospitality was excellent. The hotel restaurant food was great as well.
I would definitely stay here again when I return to this city for business.
